My xTalk version is 6.6.0.3. You can download it directly on the quantum website:

Can't say if this works with a DELL labeled Autochanger.

Thank you - I installed this version and now I have "Delete_Partitions_LTO5" function as well! Also, it recognized my tape drive successfully but I haven't actually tested it on any of my tapes yet... will give it a try next time!

Hi guys ,
I had the same problem: lto 5 quantum drive with just half capacity. This thread helped me to identify the problem. So thank you ;-)

Recently Quantum released a new driver (3.7.1.0) which worked for me. http://www.quantum.com/serviceandsuppor ... index.aspx

Hello all,

This issue is now fixed in the VBR v8. Please check, if the solution we implemented applies to your scenario and eliminates the incorrect partitioning issue: from now all during the erase operations tape media partition should be scaled to full the media size. Thank you.
