Manual control of File to Tape jobs, FULL vs. INCREMENTAL

How do I manually start a File to Tape job as FULL? How do I manually start the job as INCREMENTAL?

Is it forever incremental after the first FULL backup, so each subsequent manual "Start" is automatically INCREMENTAL, and if I wanted a new FULL, I'd run an "Active Full"?

Yes, but what is the idea of running jobs manually? Are you aware of the "run full / incremental backup automatically schedulers" (in file to tape job wizard)?

Are you saying "Start" and "Active Full" act as "Incremental" and "Full," respectively?

I see your image with the buttons circled, but I'm asking if they do what I think they do...

I guess I'm asking, are "File to Tape" jobs "Forever Forward Incremental Backups?" Where the first run will perform a FULL backup, and subsequent runs (aka "Start" button), are INCREMENTAL? With "Active Full" creating a brand new FULL backup and restarting the Forever Forward chain?
