Media Symbol Lock

Hello, Veeam Backup and Replication V11, Tape Library shows a lock on the tape icon in Media.
The tape is unlocked (mechanical switch on the tape), no job is running. How can the lock be unlocked?

Please check if tapes have protection active.
There is a software lock and a hardware lock:

Code: Select all

Get-VBRTapeMedium | fl name,ProtectedBy*

You can remove software protection within Veeam console:
