Hi guys,
i am using veeam 12 with msl 6480. after installing veeam and zoning the library withe windows server(physical) and installing all required drivers. however i can not see nor find tape library or tape infrastructure in my veeam GUI. i have restarted the server and services, but it did not resolve the matter. does any one have any clue , why i can not see tape infrastructure in the veeam?
P.s: in the device manager i can see the medim changer and all the tape drives correctly.
regards,
LB.

hi karsten,
before you be able to install tape server, you need to have tape infrastructure tab inside veeam, which i didn't have. but out of nowhere when i add my VMware infrastructure inside the veeam, the tape infrastructure tab also appeared.
