multiple full backup fail

Hi All,

I am using Veeam Backup and Replication 9.0

we will backup the files to local and the tape.

However, the files can backup to local disc successfully but fail in tape.

It shows "failed to detect backup files to copy to tape from backup job".


I think the 1 or 2 vbk files is missing, what should I do. Any idea? Thanks

Please clarify what type of tape job are you using (file to tape or backup to tape)? What is selected to be the source? Thank you.

the error happen at backup to tape.
backup to local disc > completed. Then, backup to tape > fail.

Can you please open a support case and share the case ID as log analysis is required to understand the root cause of your issue? Thank you in advance.
