Case: # 06393494
Hello,
I've two different servers, which are both connected to their own distinct tape library through SAS.
As long as I add only one server (let's call it server A) to the management server as a tape server, everything works without problem.
As soon as I add the second server (let's call it server B) to the management server as a tape server, the library connected to server A goes offline and can't be brought back online again.
When I remove server B again the library at server A works again.
What am I doing wrong?
I tried to remove and re-add both servers, but nothing changed.
The tape libraries are different models and are different LTO generations.

Re: Multiple SAS tape libraries don't work
Hello Goepi
Such scenario is supported. Two tape server, each one with a dedicated library. I'm not aware of any limitations.
Please continue to work with our customer support. if required, our support engineer will escalate the case to the next tier.
