Hello-
First of all, I know very little about tape backup libraries currently. I also haven't used Veeam to Tape yet in any installation. I am looking for a way that I could install a single tape library (Scalar i3 or i6, perhaps) and use built in partitioning on these devices to share the tape system with multiple Veeam servers. From what I am reading it *appears* this could be done so long as the partitioning is part of the built-in features in the tape library. My question is, has anyone done this, and what are the gotchas with implementing with Veeam? I am looking for a good way to airgap backups from multiple veeam servers.

Re: Multiple Veeam Servers to Share Tape Library with Partitions?
Hi,
The same story as with 3rd party tape solutions - as long as you do not connect a partition that is already presented to VBR to any other servers (be it Veeam or 3rd party), you are good.
Thanks!
