Hello,
I ran into an issue where a GFS Media Pool cannot write to two tape drives in the same library (Case # 03169710 ).
The Support Engineer told me that multi-tape writing is not supported on GFS Media Pools.
So I'm submitting a New Feature Request for Multi-tape drive capability for GFS Media Pools.
Thank you,
Tadashi

Re: New Feature Request for Tape Drive Multiplexing for GFS Media Pools
+1 for this
I had the same issue over the weekend. We are not doing daily to tape so I have the luxury of configuring a tape job to run only once a week and have GFS job run Monthly, Quearterly & Yearly. My backup set is 70TB so its a little bit hard to get that to tape using one drive and LTO7
Hopefully there is not a requirement from our side to start doing daily tape backups before this feature comes in.
