No tapes are seen when inventory - Support - Case # 01022534

Greetings,

Our company is currently evaluating veeam for use in our office and also a large number of sites we manage to replace Backup Exec.
In our testing environment (which has been working just fine with BE14 and
BE15) we have a single server that has an a SCSI LTO4 internal tape unit and a HP MSL2024 (single drive) tape library.
After installing Backup & Replication the software can see the SCSI LTO4 internal tape unit and HP MSL2024; however when we inventory either unit no tapes are being seen despite the fact that the internal tape drive has a tape in it and the tape library is fully loaded.
I would appreciate feedback on this as we're not getting to first base with the evaluation.

Does that machine still have BE components installed, such as drivers, services, etc. ? Thanks.
