Hi,
I have a SuperLoader 3 with two magazines (16 slots) on Windows 2008 R2. I have tried all versions of drivers I can find on Quantum but Veeam (9.5 U2) still sees 8 slots only.
Has anyone been able to get the 2nd magazine recognized by Veeam? Can you let me know which driver you used?
Thanks,

Re: Problem: Superloader 3 with 16 slots
If you open Superloader UI -> Configuration menu -> Magazines, what option will be selected there? Left, Right or Both?

Re: Problem: Superloader 3 with 16 slots
Thanks !! That solved the problem. It was on Left. Select Both, reinitialize and now I have 16.

Re: Problem: Superloader 3 with 16 slots
Because some software tends to charge end users, based on number of slots/magazines a tape device has, by default only one magazine is enabled in the Superloader settings, and you need to activate two magazines manually.
Good to know that you fixed the problem.
