Process latest full backup chain only seems not to work

Good Day
Have a reversed incremential backup job with 50 Restore Points. Every 3 Months i schedule an active fulle. Copy job is scheduled every weekend to copy only the full backup to tape. Option "Process latest full backup chain only" is selected but the job does copy both full vbk files to tape. Is this a bug or did i missunderstand the "prcoess latest full backup chain only" option?

Backup Job
Runs every Day all 6 hours at 06:30 / 12:30 / 18:30 / 00:30
Retention: 60 restore Points
Active Full: First Monday on February, March, June, September, December


Copy Job
Full Backup: Yes
Incremental Backup: No
Options -> Advanced: Process latest full backup chain only
Schedule: Friday 13:00

If two full vbk and their incremental backup files are present, both vbk will be written to tape. i just want the newest vbk

this is what the log says:

At the moment it looks like the problem is fixed in update 2 for Veeam 9.0.
