Quantum Scaler i40 not showing both trays

I have successfully connected my Scaler i40 to Veeam and it's seeing the library and the tapes and doing inventory, etc like it should,

BUT

I have two trays and it appears that Veeam is only seeing one of them. Half of my tapes are not showing up and I see no way to change to the other tray.

Am I missing something obvious?

Never mind. I'm only licensed for 25 and two of them are cleaning tapes so I'm seeing all of the tapes I should be seeing.
