Hy!
Are there any impact (existing media pool, existing tape jobs) if I remove the tape server and add again to backup infrastructure?
Thanks!

Re: Re-add Tape Server
Hi adam900331,
Removing the tape server can be done while leaving information about the libraries and tapes (and tape catalog) intact. Always a good idea to take a Configuration Backup in advance "just in case", but it should be fine to remove and re-add. Do a rescan of the tape server manually once re-added.
However, may I ask the use case here? Was the server renamed/re-ip'd?

Re: Re-add Tape Server
Hi!
Thanks, I would like to re-add the tape server, because I got the following error when start the tape job: "Library <Library Name> does not contain any enabled tape drives"
There were a tape library change and I found that I can re-add tape server as solution.

Re: Re-add Tape Server
Understood, thank you for sharing.
I'm not as confident it will help here without knowing further details, so if you're not able to make progress, please open a Support case and allow Veeam Support time to review the debug logs to better understand the issue. (use the 1st radio option to export from jobs, select one of the affected jobs for Support to review).
I don't think your solution will cause issues, but it would be best to let Support review the logs before taking action. Please share your case number if you end up creating one. Thanks!

Re: Re-add Tape Server
Hy!
Thanks, the problem was resolved by uninstalling tape server and install again to the same server. The media pool, tape backup job preserved after the tape server uninstalling.
That was the original error: Tape library assigned to media pool <media pool name> files does not contain any enabled tape drive
