Hi
I have a question every day i get backup from a specific path that contain a lot of .zip file and finally i write this vbk file on TAPE drive now there is a problem i just need one file from this vbk file but had to restore all of this vbk file on disk and then extract that file from it .
is that posible directly select that file from vbk without restore whoe of vbk file on disk ?

no, that's not possible from tape.
Depending on the number of files (less than 1 million files) and performance requirements you could try "file to tape" jobs. They allow single file restores. But I do not recommend it!
I recommend to choose a retention which allows you to restore from disk in 95% of your use cases.
