restore files from secondary target tapes

I have a set of tapes that were backed up as a secondary target tapes, meaning they contain the .vbk and .vrb files of the Vsphere VMs
I need to restore individual .doc files from certain vm contained in these .vbk...
Any help on how to do that, please?

You should restore the vbk file to a temporary repository using restore from tape and then run a file level restore from this backup file. Thanks.
