Still receiving Tape notifications after removing e-mail add

Hi

We have parted company with a Customer but are still receiving e-mail alerts for "Tape insertion".
Our e-mail address has been removed from general options and also the job options but we still receive prompts for tape. We don receive reports for success or failure
Any ideas??
