Stuck: Creating Synthesized VBK with state as of X

Hi,

I have 12 disk jobs wrapped into 1 single tape job.

The first job runs fine, but when it comes to run the second, it shows "Creating Synthesized VBK with state as of X" in the actions list and simply gets stuck there.

None of the jobs complete or fail, just sits there for several hours / days until you cancel.

We've installed the patch and currently writing the job just fine - when it gets to it's second run, I'll update the forum as to the outcome.

Be aware, if you are backing up 12 Veeam to Disk jobs into one tape job, you will have to restore the ENTIRE Veeam tape job to get at ANY files or VMs. Unless you have enough free space, that could cause a major issue when the need to restore occurs. We create a one to one mapping for each disk and tape job. 12 disk jobs mirror to 12 tape jobs. We chain the jobs to start after each other to minimize the overall job time.

I have the same error "Creating Synthesized VBK with state as of X" on a single Job backup to tape, I've installed patch 2b, the latest.
