Hi Guys.
Are there any standalone tape drives or libraries that are able to be connected via network instead of the traditional sas->server technology? If not, what newer technology could you recommend for off-site storage?

Hi Hayden,
You can connect the tape device via iSCSI (you can use Microsoft iSCSI initiator to establish the connection).

We use a SpectraLogic T50e (4 drive library) that connects via. 10 Gb fiber channel.
