Tape HP EML not work

Hi! We have Enterprise Tape Library (HP EML Ultrium 3280 LTO-5) and physical Veeam Server v7 R2. Veeam B&R see changer and drivers as they are not parts of one library (look at screenshot). What's wrong?

Please, contact our support team, I believe, they could provide you the step by step instructions how to get it fixed.
