Hello,
I would like to know how many tapes do I need for one year is there any way to figure out? (PS:LTO7)
Also I want to know how many cleaning tape do I need.

42 in both cases - because it's "Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything"
To make a serious calculation, you need the amount of backup data you have. Divide that by the 1.5TB (native raw capacity of a LTO 7 tape) and you will get the number of tapes.
Cleaning... I suggest to ask your tape device vendor. I would go with one cleaning tape as I guess that your library is not really large.
