Two Tape Jobs with two Media Pools or One Tape Job and one Media Pool ?

Hello ,
We have 4 B2D Jobs .
Job 1 , Backup Size 9,77 TB
Job 2 , Backup Size 3,16 TB
Job 3 , Backup Size 6,1 TB
Job 4 , Backup Size 315 GB

We have also an HP Tape Library MSL4048 with 2 LTO8 Drives .

What is now the Best way to Backup our B2D Backups to Tape ?

With one Tape Job to One Media Pool with Tape Parallel Processing to the two Tape Drives or

2 Tape Jobs who Backup in 2 Media Pools and every Job use one Tape Drive.

Hello,

I believe both methods are equally efficient, especially if you don't want to have different schedule to process source backups. In this case, I don't see a reason to multiply entities and I'd stick with a "single-job" approach.
