using LTO 6 tapes LTFS
Does veeam support using the HP LTO tapes, drives using the LTFS drivers? Would I just use the backupcopy with the tape appearing as a drive? Would it be able to eject the tape after the job finishes? It id time for a tape update and like the idea of no backupexec software to access a tape years from now. Is anyone out there using LTFS with veeam?

Re: using LTO 6 tapes LTFS
Hello Larry,
LTFS formatted tape media is not supported as a part of VBR tape functionality. You can use it as a regular backup target once LTFS partition is mounted as a drive, though you would manually maintain tape media for example change, or eject tape media.
