Is there any current soft or hard target around update 1?

I can confirm this. It's a simple SQL script that you have to execute on the VEEAM database. Not that difficult. It has solved the issue for me.

Don't hold the update inclusion in u1 for me. I requested the update but didn't get it and didn't bother to push the issue since I expected u1 to be released a month or 2 ago...

[MERGED] Insert a tape to continue

Post by Fatyeung »

Start at upgrade from v8 to v9 update1, Veeam was shown this warning message "insert tape to continuous" when "backup to tape" job was started. Normally, we set the retention day to 12 and insert tape everyday. It's already see the tape in media pool is already expired in console. However, it still pop up "insert tape" warning.

Now, we only mark the tape as free everyday for temporary workaround. It does not happen on previous version.

How to fix this problem?
