yes, that's what I did in the first instance. I haven't had a chance to look in detail and what's been going on with my setup.. it "might" have been to do with using a WAN accelerator for the copy job? could be a coincidence and not related..???

WAN Accelerator presence should not cause the described behaviour anyhow. So, kindly, keep working with the support team on addressing this issue. Thanks!
