Veeam menu greyed out

hi all,

in my vbr, i have several media pool and assigned tape cartridges in those pools. somehow i need to assigned 1 tape to specific pool but all the menu (right click) is greyed out so cannot select all menu except "Properties" menu only. any advice or solution for this issue? now the tape is in "unrecognized"

appreciates any help about this issue. thanks.

can you maybe post a full screen screenshot (or talk to support). I cannot remember a situation, where everything is greyed out.

yes i do inventory and catalog again. now it can be move to specified media pool as the dropdown menu issue solved as well.
