We have configured Nutanix AHV vm level & file level backup.
And secondary copy of the job is configured with tape storage.
How the software compression enabled for tape storage?

Hi Ramalingam.
By default, Veeam will see if Tape Library supports Hardware Compression to use it.
Otherwise, Software compression is used automatically.
VM-level backups and Agent-based backups created by Veeam are compressed by default, so there will be not much value of tape compression techniques.
