Weekly tape backup where the backup files haven't changed

Hi

I have a backup job that has only been taken once as this is all that is required. However I would like to take a weekly tape backup of the files to ensure we always have a copy readily available on tape should the files on disk be lost. I don't want to use a specific tape for this backup as the files are only a few GB. Is there a way that I can force the tape job to backup the files even though they haven't changed since the last tape backup?

I cannot see I can use file to tape as I can only see local drives on the Veeam B&R server

file-to-tape can be used from any managed server

if you then use a file-to-tape job and only schedule full backups (just leave incremental schedule empty), that should do what you like to do.

I have now added a file share and can see the files and will see what happens when the job runs.
