BUG? VAL GUI no working keyboard

Hello

I installed today veeam VAL on Ubuntu Server 16.04.2
all worked fine. I entered veeam GUI and wanted to steup but at the point shared folder I had to aboard because my shared folwer wasn't up and I wanted to fix it first.
Later the day I entered again veeam GUI screen with license appeared which I answered with no.
Then main screen was displayed but if I am pressing "c" or "m" or even "ESC" nothing happens. I am only able to cancel it.

Is this fixable?

Does this happen everytime? Are you connecting via putty or directly via the console?

I am connected via ssh MobaXterm
and it is always appearing even after reboot

I'm not familiar with this one sadly. Please contact support to see for further assistance if this is a known bug (and maybe is already fixed).

You can go to https://www.veeam.com/support.html to create the case (after logging in). Just select Veeam Agent for Linux in the product and describe the problem as you did here. Please let us know the support case id here as well for future reference.
