Hi,

i found the Problem.
SLES has an additional Partition automaticly formated in BTRFS, and this FS is not supportet.
After reformat this Partition with EXT4, all runs great.

Hello,

I exactly have the same problem, but it's under CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511

This are my partitions

Code: Select all

Filesystem Type 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda4 xfs 52403200 2391692 50011508 5% /
devtmpfs devtmpfs 8079100 0 8079100 0% /dev
tmpfs tmpfs 8088604 4 8088600 1% /dev/shm
tmpfs tmpfs 8088604 49540 8039064 1% /run
tmpfs tmpfs 8088604 0 8088604 0% /sys/fs/cgroup
/dev/sdb1 xfs 2928834296 252994244 2675840052 9% /share
/dev/sda3 xfs 307050000 1428836 305621164 1% /var
/dev/sda2 xfs 508588 187000 321588 37% /boot
tmpfs tmpfs 1617724 0 1617724 0% /run/user/0
Would i also have to format one of those partitions that it works?

Please post the log output on the error you get. As you have different filesystem compared to the OP.

Did both veeam & veeamsnap install succesfully? Can you try lsmod | grep veeam and if that results nothing do modprobe veeamsnap and see if that works fine?

Well played ;)

modprobe veeamsnap
modprobe: ERROR: module 'veeamsnap' is unsupported
modprobe: ERROR: Use --allow-unsupported or set allow_unsupported_modules 1 in
modprobe: ERROR: /etc/modprobe.d/10-unsupported-modules.conf
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'veeamsnap': Operation not permitted

I've modified /etc/modprobe.d/10-unsupported-modules.conf 0 to 1 and now backup is running

Thanks
