Hi there,
I have restored our HP Z230 Desktop PC, which is running Windows 7 32-bit from the Recovery Media that I installed. I allowed the Drivers to be reinstalled as well as the option suggests, but after the restore there is no KB&M, and no network either. When starting in Safe Mode they all work fine. I have started up in Safe Mode trying to install the Chipset Drivers again, but it fails for some reason.
Any idea how I can get around this?
Thanks in advance for any help in this!

Re: #03515861: No KB&M After Restore
Hi there Dima,
Yes, Keyboard & Mouse haha.
The error message was simply "Unknown Error".
I did manage to fix it in the meantime, I restored the computer again using the same backup file but this time I did not select the import drivers function. This reinstalled the USB and keyboard and mouse drivers once the computer started up.
Thank you for the response though, and I hope this also helps someone else.
