Do you have an error notification or a message that you received?

It appears that the problem is resolved.
These particular computers normally have a DCOMCNFG Default Authentication Level setting of NONE rather than the normal CONNECT.
At times this is disruptive of installs.

I'm sure it was set to NONE when I was trying to do the install yesterday.
This morning, I installed while the setting was the normal CONNECT and it worked as expected.
So, this may have been the problem and may be something worth knowing about.
