Hello,

I have register my email for have the solution in November and today, no email for download the software.
Could you help me please ? I need and I'm very interesting to try Endpoint Backup.
One other question, do you know when this solution will be available to download ?

Same here. The link takes me to a login page. If I log on using the email I registered with and the password supplied in the email I get the error 'email or password is not valid. If I use the password I am registered with on the site I get through, but then am presented with a blank page, which turns into the home page if I click refresh.

Robbie, you should definitely use the password that you normally logon to veeam.com with to download, open cases, manage licenses. Please, try that with a different browsers. There should not be any issues on our side, we had about 1000 successful downloads in the past 24 hours. But let us know if you still cannot get it, and we will figure something out for you personally.

Today I got a Download Link, but the Link doesn't work :(

I had the same error, but I found the solution:
The link that you see in the email is correct, but if you click on it, a different wrong link is opened. That is the reason why e.g. Thunderbird warn about the mail as Phishing.
As I copy&paste the text of the link to the browser, I got to the download-page.

Hi,

same problem here: I cannot access beta.
I received the email completed with instructions; I created a new account on veeam as I was not already registered.
Now, if I click on email link it asks me to login, I do it and than nothing... blank page.
On URL bar I always get something similar to http://www.veeam.com/oauth?code=JiBmwGc ... aa36fdacbb
If I press reload I go to veeam home page.
If I click on email link once more, now that I'm correctly logged in, I get the blank page as before without being asked to login.

Please ask for any information I can provide to help you!

Hi,

when I try this procedure I get Error 500.
I'm using http://vee.am/veb handwritten in browser url.
If I use the email complete link http://link.veeam.com/blablabla I'm redirected to http://vee.am/veb?mkt_tok=3RkMMJWWfF9ws ... LAzhCWk%3D and "Cannot display page" in browser.

I finally got past all the error 500, 404 and redirect loops!

Short version: Create a new account and do not in any way link it with Gmail, facebook or linkedIn. The download link kept stopping on the OAuth stage for me. Also use Chrome/FF not IE.

  1. https://login.veeam.com
  2. Create a new account from the right with "create Veeam account" NOT "Create account and sign in with {gmail}{facebook}{linkedin}"
  3. Create account and complete the email activation. It will have a be different email address (doesn't have to be the same as your BETA invite)
  4. Follow the Beta invite link you received previously.
  5. If you enter a redirect loop after the "Social" page, close the tab and open the Beta invite link again.
  6. Enter the Beta password and click the download link (doesn't work in IE)

Didn't work with IE for me. Had to use chrome or the .zip file link went into a continuous loop.

I hope this helps someone. I signed up to post this.

Robert thanks! It seems to be a temporary solution.

EDIT:
Web team reported that they fixed download issues. If you still have any problems clear the browsing cache, and try again. In case you still experience download problems, please let me know thru this thread. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience caused. I hope you all could get a positive experience with the BETA.
