Add License after install

Hi,

I've installed the windows agent and at the first start I choosed the free option. Now I decided to test the options for a server license. So here my question: is it possible to install the trial license after comleting the configuration? Or what else can I do to use the trial license at this client?

Sure it’s possible. Open Control Panel and go to About page. You will see the corresponding license control there.

I've found it before and the following information I can found there:

Version:
Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 2.0.0.594 - Free Edition
License and edition are managed by administrator
...

But I wish to change the functionality from free version to server version with the includet trial license wich was delivered with the Agent software.

Got it. Any chance this agent is connected to Veeam B&R server?

You will need to install the agent license in Enterprise Manager. After that, within VBR you'll have the option to assign either workstation or server mode license, as the beta VAW license includes both.
