Hi,
I've just had a case I had to restore old machine to new one. It was joined to local AD domain.
Restore went smooth, machine working perfectly after restore...
...except Veeam FREE Agent Backup - it does not work anymore, because it looks like it wants to use the old Machine ID or Computer NAME (it was changed, that's the policy here).
Is there any option to RESET Veeam Free Backup Agent BACKUP SETTINGS to start over?
Except of uninstalling and reinstallign it back.

Could you please specify what exact errors you are getting. Any additional information is appreciated (how the original backup was done, etc.).

You can recreate the agent database like described in this KB article : keep in mind that it will erase all the job settings and you have to cofigure agent from scratch.Is there any option to RESET Veeam Free Backup Agent BACKUP SETTINGS to start over?
