After restoring file from back up, I get Blue dead screen

I don't have support case ID because you guys do not have a support for ENDPOINT BACKUP.

Good morning, I am testing Endpoint Backup. Backup runs fine without any problems. But when I restore a file from backup I receive an error: Blue Screen (Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION).
I checked logs and nothing looks weird. My operating system is Windows 8.1

Please help.

Daler,
We do support Endpoint Backup at best effort and you can create a support case from directly from Endpoint backup > Control Panel > Support any time you want.

Regarding the issue - any TrendMicro around? Try do disable it or add Veeam Endpoint Backup to the AV exclusions?

All BSODs during file level recovery we've seen so far were caused by some antivirus program crashing a computer.

Thanks you for the heads up. Is it possible for you to share with me your AV logs? We are working on getting Endpoint whitelisted, so any troubleshooting information or confirmation of the false alert will help a lot.
