Agent 5.4301: Restore can´t be performend, because of "created by Veeam Backup&Replication"

Hello,

sind Version 2 i create my backups with the free Agent.

No in Vversion 5, i can create my backup, but an restore can´t be performed.
A restore triggert by GUI found no backup items.
an double klick on the vbk file shows an error that these file is not created by agent.

If i load this file in Veeam B&R 11, I can load the content.

Hi Ben,

It must be something trivial(like version mismatch, for example trying to open newer backups from older recovery media).
Please open support ticket to find a root cause.

Hey,

this backup was made with 5.0.0.4301 and can not recovered with 5.0.0.4301 ?
I want to recovery files from inside this image.

Try to go step back at the recovery wizard and specify the location of the backup manually once again. Can you also clarify where backup file is located? Thanks!
