Agent Windows don't retore file Win10 1809
Hi, i have Veeam agent for Windows 2.2.0.589 on my Windows 10. I use it for backup and restore files but after the update of Windows 1803 to 1809, i can Backup every day but not restore my files. I have this error in log file : No disks have been mounted: either because of unsupported disk type, or due to some errors in the process.
Can you help me to restore my files ?

Please double check that you antivirus is not blocking the restore. Here is a KB article on how to add Veeam Agent for Windows to AV exclusion lists. Let me know how it goes. Cheers!

The antivirus not blocking the restore. When i restore in volume restore mode i can see the list of backup.

During file level recovery backup is mounted to a file system via driver and this procedure might cause false positive detection. If you can confirm that exclusion list from KB article does not help, please open a support case via Veeam Agent for Windows Control Panel > Support Technical Support (it's free). Cheers!

Rephrasing the post above: indeed, certain antivirus software may block the disk mount process, a good troubleshooting step would be to add agent components to AV white list and re run the restore. Here is the KB article that contain detailed instructions. Cheers!
