Hi,
I am using Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows Free version.
Recently I started getting following error.
Error: An unexpected network error occurred. Failed to read data from the file [\\192.168.1.199\Server Backup_Veeam\Backup Job GECSERVER\Backup Job GECSERVER2019-05-13T203016.vib]. Failed to backup text locally. Backup: [veeamfs:0:6745a759-2205-4cd2-b172-8ec8f7e60ef8 (3554354d-4134-4753-4835-343157504b54)\summary.xml@\\192.168.1.199\Server Backup_Veeam\Backup Job GECSERVER\Backup Job GECSERVER2019-05-13T203016.vibVBK: 'veeamfs:0:6745a759-2205-4cd2-b172-8ec8f7e60ef8 (3554354d-4134-4753-4835-343157504b54)\s
I opened the case with Support having Case ID: 03628316. But they closed my case even without investigating saying "due to high Support Team load we were unable to process your request and it has been archived automatically."
Please help to resolve the issue.
