Automatic backup verification (SureBackup) alternative

Hi All,

We backup several physical servers using Veeam Agent for Windows.

As it is a mixed environment we backup to a Veeam B&R repository that also backs up VM's

We are setting up SureBackup to automatically test the VM backups, and notice that the Veeam Agent backups are not available to add to the SureBackup job.

How can I automatically verify the backups taken by Veeam Agent for Windows?

Hi Jonathan,

Unfortunately, as of now, you should actually perform a recovery, but we have some recoverability testing features planned for the next B&R versions (currently, only for Agent Management functionality). No ETA yet!

it will not be in V11.

But you can script also with VMware already in V10.
