Backing up a non booting PC

I need to make a backup of a PC that currently does not boot, before attempting to recover it.
What is the best way?

Greetings Mario.

You are kind of late with backup at this stage.
You can run Veeam Recovery media and use command line there to copy files manually, off of that machine.
