Backup Failed - Target is not available
Hello,
I have a backup job configure for several months which was working perfectly.
For a few days now I have been getting an error "Backup target for MyPC is not avaible" when the task starts
The detail :
Initializing
Error: The user name or password is incorrect. --tr:Error code: 0x0000052e --tr:FC: Failed to check whether file or folder '\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\save' exists. --tr:Failed to call DoRpc. CmdName: [FcIsExists]. The user name or password is incorrect.
To no longer have the error I must edit job : In "shared folder" click on "populate" (without needing to modify the identifiers) and finish.
I do a manual backup then it works. But at the next automatic start of the backup the error is still.

Can you check the credentials? You must use this format:
HOSTNAME\username
If that not help, you need to open a support case.

Thank but I already use this format DOMAINE\username.
No changes recently in Shared Folder.
Today I update Veeam Agent for see the problem would be solved. But no.
Besides without needing to modify the identifiers when I click on "Populate" : it's work but once.
But on automatic not work I have to act in "Populate".

Hello @feras_dg,
Checked the support case - it was closed due to high load on the Support team.
Anyway, you can open your case and provide the logs to the Support engineer.
Also, were there any changes in your infrastructure when this issue appeared?
