Backup Failing on Windows 10 Pro Storage Space

I have set up a brand new system (for testing) that is running Windows 10 Pro and the following config:
1 - 256GB SSD Drive for boot OS
1 - Storage Space - RAID5 - made of 4 - 2TB WD REI4 Enterprise class drives.
Veeam Agent for Windows 2.1 (latest) - brand new setup

I am getting the following error:
endpoint exception of type 'veeam.backup.agentprovider.agentclosedexception' was thrown

If I change the backup to backup only the Boot Partition and the Reserved Partition it works fine, however when I include the Storage Pool it fails every time.

Any ideas?

Update:

Set exceptions to the A/V, no changed.
Totally disabled Windows Defender (so no firewall or A/V) - same error.

I am having this exact same issue. I've used Veeam Windows agent for a long time. Now that I've converted my data drive to a storage space in a storage pool, veeam will not back it up. I also get the AgentClosedException.

All,
Ok, the bottom line is that it appears the Lenovo M91P has a serious issue running anything other than Windows 7. Tried Server 2012 R2 and it failed even faster. Also, verified that Windows backup also would fail on the same drive. I replaced the Lenovo with a Dell 980 and everything is working fine. Backups now working successfully so the bottom line it that it appears it had nothing to do with Veeam but everything to do with the Lenovo M91P.
