Hello all,
I'm super excited to learn more about the Veeam products (I've been a ShadowProtect client previously).
So 22 hours ago I installed the free Windows backup agent on our Windows 2012 R2 server.
I selected Volume level backup
I can't remember all the other settings so if you need more info, just let me know!
The screen currently says:
Top Left: Veeam Agent
Backup is in progress...
Progress: 0%
Processing
if I hover over the word Processing it says:
Size: 0 B
Taken: on Thursday at 5:02pm

Hello Randy,
This issue most likely is related to VSS snapshot creation, so as a first step try to cancel the job, restart your machine and start the backup. If behavior remains the same please open support case via Control Panel > Support > Technical Support and share the case id in this thread. Cheers!

Thank you, that is exactly what I did and it worked. I would have come back here and let everyone know but since this was my first post, I think it had to be approved before it showed up and I didn't know when that would be. Anyway, thanks so much for responding. Much appreciated.
