I have Endpoint Backup installed on a Passive Exchange DAG node and it appears to be interfering with my Symantec backup of Exchange. It causes VSS issues and the jobs to fail.
Why is this? I am trying to get switched to Veeam for everything but need to have Symantec run while testing it. This may cause me to turn off the backup on the DAG node potentially.

Re: Backup Issues Endpoing on Passive DAG Node
Hi Chris,
This has been a known issue for a very long time. Frankly speaking, you can’t create a native VSS snapshot with VEB while any third party VSS provider is installed.
