Backup Job stuck at "Building hosts list"

Hi Community,

since Sunday, the backup of a physical agent no longer works. I accidentally restarted the server during a backup and now every backup job of the affected server remains on "building hosts list". I then have to cancel the job manually. The agent is managed in the B&R console of the backup server.

I have already restarted the "Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows" service on the affected server and uninstalled and reinstalled the entire agent. However, this did not change the result. What can I do next?
