Backup of EFI System partition

I'm using Dell servers based on Windows 2012R2 storage server

I'm looking into Veeam Agent to make a physical backup of these servers. Is it possible to backup these servers?
I only want to backup certain volumes and not the whole server, because I will backup disks containing our backups then

They have 3 partitions
- EFI system partition "ESP": 500 MB (contains bootloaders, kernel images, drivers needed while booting)
- An OEM partition: 40 MB
- A "recovery partition" of 2 GB, created by Windows

These 3 partitions arent NTFS, FAT32, FAT...

Can Agent back these up?
I tried to backup them, but Agent fails with backup of the ESP. I tried to google a bit on this but found nothing useful.
Can the paying version of Agent do this?

Is there a way to create a ticket w/o using the Agent functionality? The server is on an isolated network and we cannot put it online (company policy)

yes, that's possible via my.veeam.com and create a case where you attach the logs from c:\programdata\veeam...
