Spooky (apt timing) just had the same issue but in slightly difference setup. My workstation uses the agent to backup to a Veeam repository on the network. My backup storage is temporarily low on space due to a client backup. I've adjusted the on the server to report at 5% but the workstation agent job still reports an error. I'll give the registry key a go but IMO if the target is a Veeam repository, it should use the server side setting.

Confirmation that the registry key workaround works a treat. Yes, a change request needs to go in. This isn't IMO a new feature - it's a (small) bug.
