Hi,
I would like to backup a physical windows server by using agent to a Veeam B&R, but an error appeared.
The B&R server contains two IPs, 192.X.X.X and 172.X.X.X and it belongs to Domain A.
The agent server belongs to Domain B.
After created the backup jobs, an error message appeared.
Error: This is usually a temporary error during hostname resolution and means that the local server did not receive a response from an authoritative server.
What cause can it be?
Thank you.

Re: Backup to existing VB&R from another domain agent
Hi, the most likely cause is a DNS issue. Thanks!
