Backup to NAS Error "transmission pipeline hanged"

Hello,
i try to backup complete Windows 10 Laptop (Entire computer) with Veeam Agent for Windows (2.0.0.700) to Synology NAS DS416play (Shared folder) with DSM Version DSM 6.1.2-15132.
But i get everytime the error "transmission pipeline hanged" whats wrong ?

Unfortunately, can say much about this error. Can you please reach our support team via Control Panel > Support > Technical Support. It should open a case in our system with all the required logs attached (it's free).
