Backup to OneDrive with free edition VAW

Hello,
i will test with free agent backup to onedrive and have some problems.
Maybe i choose wrong system state backup. I searched veeam helpcenter and i think its ok.

Backup mode -> FIle level backup(slower) -> Operating system [check], Local disk C: [check], \\?\Volume***[check], system reserved [check].

Destination -> oneDrive

Backup end quickly with Error: Free edition only support Microsoft OneDrive for system state backups.

Update.
On laptop its working. So something with my workstation computer ( i found some bad block with backup to second local disk) maybe this? nothing urgent just for your information.

Hello, the problem is over. The original OS state when cannot backup into OneDrive:
reinstalled with win10 (the original installation overwrited, so some system partition was left there). When backup on a local drive 4TB(OS on a 240GB solid state drive, data and hard drive on a 4TB data disk), the bad sectors said, bud backup OK. Yesterday I formatted the disk and installed a clean installation. OneDrive backup OK. Thank you for your help
